Responsible for developing and managing an ECM based solution, its build pipeline and the release management.
Handled urgent issues at customer end through the request for assistance/customer debugging sessions.
Involved in modernizing the technical stack of the product and hence improving the quality and velocity of the deliveries.
Performed code reviews and mentored junior member in team.
Involved in the hiring process of technical members for my team.
